Nicholas Bond with a staff member and dog at the Anna Shelter in Erie PA

While in Highschool I spent my senior year saturday afternoons volunteering at the Anna Shelter in Erie, PA. It started as a senior project but quickly turned into a passion after graduation.

After graduating Harborcreek Highschool, I enlisted in the US Navy and went through boot camp and several demanding schools to become a Hospital Corpsman. The schools are listed on my education page.

My dedication to my work and collaterals led me to be promoted to the rank of E-4 which is a Non-Commissioned Officer rank in the Navy.

After five years of serving the country, I decided to get out of the Navy to pursue a college education at Penn State Behrend in my hometown of Erie, Pennsylvania. I am currently on track to graduate in December of 2025.

To pass the time I enjoy working on old HI-FI equipment and listening to physical music mediums as well as collecting and working on historical firearms.
